It’s been about 4 months since Facebook announced “Timeline” and rumor has it, it’s finally being pushed out to all the 800 million users this week.

While it may be Mark Zuckerberg’s mandate to share everything with everyone…all the time. Many people don’t.

Over 50% of people are concerned about Timeline.

We want to protect ourselves from predators, anonymous “creepers” and having our homes robbed.

I used to trust Facebook and would share information readily. Not anymore.

If you are going to continue to share information, please be sure to check your Privacy Settings very carefully.

Click on the “Privacy Settings” link in the drop down menu in the top right hand side of the navigation.

You will see a page that looks like this:

Go through each of the links that say “Edit Settings” and “Manage Past Post Visibility” and set to the highest amount of privacy.

Do delete posts on your Facebook page, you can click on “Delete Post”
