Here are some steps to get you started:

  1. Ensure your firm has a LinkedIn Company Page
  2. Train your team how to optimize their personal LinkedIn profiles and encourage them to include a boilerplate paragraph of your firm’s description within their Summary and/or Current Position to help tell your brand “story”.
  3. Encourage everyone to link their Current Position to your LinkedIn Company Page
  4. Frequently update your Company Page with relevant status updates
  5. Invite your Associates, Partners, Agents and Paralegals to share your “wins” and other success stories in their status updates
  6. Build networks of connections based on QUALITY (not quantity).
    It’s not about having a giant Rolodex of business cards that no one looks at – it’s about building deeper relationships with targeted connections who know, like and trust you.

Social Media is no longer a want-to-have in your marketing toolkit, it’s a must-have.

You don’t have to be on all the Social Media channels. You just have to be where your prospective clients are.
