Hazel Lord is an executive management professional with a passion for everything system and process, designing, measuring, and improving.

Her speciality is analyzing, designing, and planning for change that transforms cross-functional operations to align with the organizational culture, and strategic goals.

Hazel holds an honours degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at University on Toronto.

She currently lectures on quality management within the operations management stream at the Rotman School of Management at University on Toronto.
